Sunshine Concessions is currently owned and operated out of the Baltimore, Maryland area by Blake and Sunny Byars. It is a family business that has been serving-up tasty treats all across the Southeastern United States since 1991. 

Prior to 2005, Sunshine Concessions was called Blue Ribbon Concessions and was owned by Sunny's parents. Following their retirement, we purchased the family business and changed the name to Sunshine Concessions in honor of the person that really does the work: Sunny (the wife).

We have three children: a 16 year-old, a 9 year-old, and an 18 month-old. Blake is currently on Active Duty with the US Army. Sunny is a Safety Coordinator/Bid Estimator for a Masonry Company.

Given the opportunity, we look forward to bringing smiles to your festival goers faces with the best cakes around and have them asking next year: "where's that yellow tent with the awesome funnel cakes?"
